1, 2008 March 6, 2008 Ultimate People 2006 In preparation for Astros "Spring Training", Junction Jack was sent to the Methodist Hospital Medical Weight Management program for a fitness and diet makeover. He weighed in, met with the doctor, followed the liquid diet program and "worked out" with Austin. Jack's journey with the program was filmed and shown on the big screen at Minute Maid Park during home games over the course of the season, revealing a new, leaner mascot.
